    During this phase we focus on defining what the owner or ownership group wants to achieve in their business, in a transaction, and post-transaction.
  2. Conduct Company Review
    During this phase we review financials, customer lists and any key assets or liabilities within the company. We also like to meet and interview key management and personnel.

    During this stage we help create an Executive Summary, Company Presentation, Management Bios, Adjusted Financials, and a forward looking financial plan.
  4. Generate Acquirer Target List
    During this step we identify potential buyers that match the requirements of ownership.
  5. Set-up and Attend Key Acquirer Meetings
    During this phase we set-up and attend key acquirer meetings. We also follow-up post-meeting to gather key feedback.
  6. Manage Due Diligence
    During this stage we help the company manage the list of requested due diligence material.
  7. Negotiate Deal Terms
    During this phase we help negotiate with potential acquirers and attempt to create a multi-acquirer situation.
  8. Support Close & Integration
    During this phase we help with closing the transaction and preparing the company for integration.
